Bookings and prices
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. Your booking is confirmed after you accept our quotation, make the required payment and receive confirmation from us.
Prices and availability may change before confirmation, especially for flights. We will confirm the final price and payment deadline before you book.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes and refunds depend on the rules of the airline, hotel or other supplier. We will explain the relevant conditions and any fees before payment, then assist with eligible requests.
Your responsibilities
Please check names, dates and itinerary details before confirming. You are responsible for carrying a valid passport, visas, permits and health documents required for your journey.
We can provide visa guidance, but immigration authorities make the final decision and we cannot guarantee approval.
Travel suppliers
Flights, hotels, transport and other travel services are provided by third parties under their own conditions. We will assist when plans change, but we are not responsible for supplier decisions or events outside our control. We recommend suitable travel insurance.
