If you hold an East African Community passport (including Uganda), no - you travel visa-free within the EAC. Other nationalities usually need an eVisa or eTA; check our destination guides or ask our visa team.

Submit a flight request on our Air Ticketing page (or WhatsApp us) with your route, dates and passenger count. We compare airlines and reply with fare options - usually within hours. Once you choose, we issue the ticket and send it to your email.

No. All quotations - flights, tours, hotels, visas - are free and carry no obligation. You only pay when you confirm a booking.

We currently accept bank transfer, mobile money and cash at our Kampala office. Your consultant will share the details with your quotation. Online card payments are coming soon.

Yes, subject to the airline's fare rules - some tickets are flexible, others carry change fees. We always tell you the conditions before you buy, and we handle any changes with the airline on your behalf.

Each tour page lists what's included, but typically: accommodation, park or entry fees, ground transport with a guide, and the activities in the itinerary. International flights and visas are usually quoted separately so you can compare options.

Absolutely - every published itinerary can be adjusted for your dates, group size, budget and interests. Most of the trips we run are tailor-made.

Gorilla permits and migration-season lodges sell out months ahead - book 3–6 months in advance for peak season (June–September, December–February). Shorter notice is often workable outside peak times; ask us.

Yes - airport pick-ups and drop-offs at Entebbe and in the destinations we serve, as part of a package or as a standalone car-hire booking.

Yes, self-drive is available on most of our fleet with a valid licence and a security deposit. For national park safaris we recommend (and most travellers choose) a 4x4 with one of our professional driver-guides.
